NowEnrich is a data enrichment platform designed specifically for ServiceNow users. It automatically enriches your Account, Contact, and Lead records with verified business intelligence including company data, contact information, market insights, and competitor intelligence. NowEnrich helps you maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM data without manual research.
NowEnrich integrates directly with your ServiceNow instance through a native application. When you click the "Enrich" action on any record, NowEnrich queries our comprehensive database of over 210 million contacts and 35 million companies to find matching information. The enriched data is then automatically populated into your ServiceNow record fields based on your configured field mappings.
NowEnrich offers two main plans: The Pro Plan at $499 per month includes 1,000 enrichments. Additional enrichments beyond your plan are billed at competitive rates. Enterprise plans are available for high-volume users with custom pricing, volume discounts, and dedicated support. All prices are in USD. Contact our sales team for Enterprise pricing.
Each API call to enrich a record counts as one enrichment, regardless of whether it's a people enrichment, company enrichment, or both. If you enrich both a contact and their associated company in a single action, that counts as one enrichment. Failed enrichments (due to no match found) do not count toward your monthly limit.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll receive a prorated credit. If you downgrade, the change will apply to your next billing period. Contact support or manage your subscription through the NowEnrich dashboard.
NowEnrich can be installed directly from the ServiceNow Store. Search for "NowEnrich" in the store, click "Get" or "Install", select your instance, and follow the installation wizard. After installation, configure your API key in System Properties → NowEnrich. The entire process takes about 10-15 minutes. See our detailed setup guide for step-by-step instructions.
You need admin-level access to your ServiceNow instance to install applications from the Store. Specifically, you need the "admin" role or equivalent permissions. If you don't have these permissions, contact your ServiceNow administrator to perform the installation.
Field mappings are optional but recommended for optimal results. NowEnrich includes default mappings for standard ServiceNow fields. However, if you use custom fields or want to map data to specific locations, you can configure custom mappings in System Properties → NowEnrich → Field Mappings. This ensures enriched data populates exactly where you need it.
NowEnrich provides comprehensive enrichment data including: People data (verified emails, phone numbers, job titles, social profiles, employment history), Company data (revenue, employee count, funding rounds, technology stack, NAICS/SIC codes, key decision makers), Market insights (news articles, funding announcements, job postings, technology signals), and Competitor intelligence (direct competitors, similar companies, adjacent markets).
NowEnrich maintains high data accuracy through continuous validation and updates. Our database is updated in real-time, and we use multiple verification methods to ensure data quality. However, data accuracy can vary by industry and company size. We recommend reviewing enriched data for critical records, especially for high-value accounts.
Yes, NowEnrich supports bulk enrichment through scheduled jobs and automation. You can set up automation rules to automatically enrich records based on triggers (e.g., when a new account is created). Bulk enrichment operations count toward your monthly enrichment limit. Contact support for assistance setting up bulk enrichment workflows.
Yes! NowEnrich allows you to configure custom enrichment intervals for different record types. You can set Companies to refresh daily, Contacts weekly, and Leads monthly—or any combination that fits your needs. Configure intervals based on record priority, stage, or custom criteria. This helps you optimize your enrichment usage by keeping critical data fresh while managing costs for less active records. Set up intervals in NowEnrich → Configuration → Enrichment Schedules.
If NowEnrich cannot find a match for a record, no data will be populated and the enrichment will be marked as "No Match Found" in the usage logs. This does not count toward your monthly enrichment limit. Common reasons for no match include incomplete input data (missing company domain or email) or the company/contact not existing in our database.
Yes, security is a top priority. NowEnrich uses industry-standard encryption for data transmission (TLS). Your API key is stored in ServiceNow system properties, and enrichment can be controlled using ServiceNow roles. Enrichment results are written back to your ServiceNow records. Only users with the "NowEnrich User" role can access enrichment features. You control role assignments through ServiceNow's standard role management. Administrators with the "NowEnrich Admin" role have additional access to configuration settings. This ensures only authorized users can trigger enrichments and view enriched data.
First, verify your API key is correctly configured in System Properties → NowEnrich. Check that you have the "NowEnrich User" role assigned. Ensure the record has sufficient data for matching (company domain or email address). Review the NowEnrich logs in ServiceNow for error messages. If issues persist, check your monthly enrichment limit hasn't been exceeded. Contact support with specific error messages for faster resolution.
You can monitor your enrichment usage through the NowEnrich dashboard (accessible via your account) or through the usage logs in ServiceNow. Navigate to NowEnrich → Usage to see your current month's enrichment count, remaining credits, and detailed logs of all enrichment operations. Usage data is updated in real-time.
Pro Plan subscribers receive email and chat support during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM CT).
