By accessing or using NowEnrich and its related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

NowEnrich provides data enrichment services that connect your ServiceNow instance to external data sources. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to form binding contracts to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

4. Account and Subscription

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the subscription plan you select, including overage fees for API usage beyond your plan's included credits. We may change our fees or pricing structure with notice to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or assist anyone else in doing so. Prohibited activities include violating any laws, infringing intellectual property rights, transmitting harmful code, reverse engineering our software, or reselling data without authorization.

6. Data Rights and Privacy

By using the Service, you instruct us to retrieve and process data from third‑party providers on your behalf. You represent that you have the right to request this data and that your use complies with all applicable laws. Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error‑free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NowEnrich and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
