Installation Steps

1. Purchase a Subscription: Choose a plan on our Pricing page. After checkout, you'll receive a license key and access credentials.
2. Visit the ServiceNow Store: Search for NowEnrich on the ServiceNow Store and click Get. You'll need a ServiceNow Store account and the appropriate admin role to install apps.
3. Install the Application: Follow the prompts to install the NowEnrich application on your ServiceNow instance. Ensure you select the correct scope (e.g., Global).
4. Configure API Key: Navigate to System Properties → NowEnrich and paste your NowEnrich API key. You can also adjust enrichment defaults (e.g., people vs. company enrichment) here.
5. Start Enriching: Open any Account, Contact or Lead record in ServiceNow. Use the Enrich UI action to fetch and populate data instantly. Usage will be logged automatically for billing.

Best Practices

• Assign roles wisely. Only users with the NowEnrich User role should have access to enrichment actions.
• Map fields carefully. Review and map the returned data fields to your ServiceNow tables for optimal results.
• Configure enrichment intervals. Set different refresh schedules for Companies, Contacts, and Leads based on your data freshness needs. High-priority accounts can refresh daily while standard accounts refresh weekly or monthly.
• Monitor usage. Use the built‑in dashboard under NowEnrich → Usage to track your monthly credits.
• Stay secure. Keep your API key confidential and rotate it periodically via the NowEnrich dashboard.
